Anything basic will do. If you are about to buy one, look for one with 8 gigs of ram and an I3 or I5 or a Ryzen processor at least, and last but not least, make sure it has a SSD drive. It makes a huge difference. IPS screen is good too because viewing angles are much better.
Almost more important I’d say is a good webcam – want that HD image so you’re viewable.
For an HD cam, you can’t run an I5 processor reliably. I7 basic at the least. Also you need a good Graphics Card. Also, SSDs are all there is now unless you’re buy from a pawn shop.
